Brown & Joseph and Altus Named Best Places to Work in Collections

ITASCA, IL — Brown & Joseph and Altus Receivables Management are proud to announce they have both been listed as one of the Best Places to Work in Collections in 2020.

In March 2020 Brown & Joseph and Altus Receivables Management merged to form the largest commercial collection agency in North America.

Both highly respected companies have large teams of talented, dedicated, deeply experienced commercial collections professionals that take great pride in driving results for their clients.

In addition, Brown & Joseph / Altus has clearly taken its industry leadership position to the next level through extensive investments in a full suite of cloud-based I.T. productivity tools – all designed to drive stronger receivables performance for their clients.

“While we are always pleased to consistently receive accolades from our great clients, we are particularly proud of this Best Places to Work in 2020 award as it represents the voice of our amazing Brown & Joseph / Altus team members telling us of their satisfaction, pride and commitment in our team and to our mission,” said Mike Baldwin, CEO of Brown & Joseph / Altus.

Established by insideARM and administered by Best Companies Group, this survey and award program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in the credit and collections industry.

Companies from across the U.S. entered the rigorous two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Collections. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics.  The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final award winners.
