After two years of making a significant impact since his return, we are thrilled to officially welcome Joseph Falletti back to Brown & Joseph!
With nearly two decades of expertise in Life & Health Overpayment Recovery, Provider Overpayment Recovery, and Commercial Insurance Receivable Management, Joseph’s journey with Brown & Joseph has come full circle. Starting in 2004 as a Skip Tracer, he quickly advanced into leadership roles across Production, Operations, and Strategic Recovery Initiatives. Before departing in 2017, he led Group Life & Health Overpayment Recovery, working closely with Employer Benefit Administrators, Disability Carriers, and Healthcare Providers to refine collection strategies, drive operational efficiencies, and maximize financial recoveries.
Now, as Vice President of Business Development, Joe is focused on expanding Brown & Joseph’s impact across Life & Health Overpayment Recovery, Commercial Insurance Receivable Management, Premium & Legal Collections, and Workplace Benefit Overpayment Recovery. He is dedicated to helping insurers and healthcare organizations optimize receivables management, reduce administrative burdens, and accelerate recoveries. Over the past two years, he has strengthened industry partnerships, introduced innovative recovery solutions, and helped insurers enhance their overpayment resolution strategies.
